ArkeoAI: what it does and how it helps you
ArkeoAI is an on-premises, fully offline artificial intelligence system designed specifically for professional environments where data protection is not optional: it is a fundamental requirement. No cloud, no data sharing, no external server. From the moment of installation, the system works in your office and stays there. It contains three main modules: an AI assistant, a translator, and an automation engine.
Data protection: small businesses are the most vulnerable
In France in 2024, the number of data protection incidents reported to the CNIL increased by 20%, and the most frequent victims of cyberattacks are TPE/PMEs — they account for 34% of all cases. The average cost of a data breach for a small or medium-sized business ranges between €45,000 and €110,000 — including downtime, recovery, and legal consequences combined. Nearly 60% of surveyed TPE/PMEs admit they would not be able to assess the consequences of a cyberattack.

The launcher interface
On the chat interface, you can ask questions directly to the model — either as free-text queries or based on an attached document. The system can accept plain text and .doc format files, which it uses directly for analysis.
It is important to know that models cannot natively process PDF or Word documents directly — these must first be converted to text. We will cover how this works, and why, in a separate article.
AI Assistant – ask, analyze, search
The current knowledge base contains four French legal codes — the complete texts of the Code civil, Code pénal, Code de commerce, and Code du travail — totaling nearly 10,000 pages of content. This is simply an example of the size and type of document corpus the system can work with. The indexed content can be freely replaced or expanded: a collection of office contracts, internal policies, professional guidelines — anything that needs to be regularly retrieved.
Conversations can be saved at any time in RTF format, and a new session can be started with a single click.
Translator: 55 languages, at document level
The translation module works in both directions across 55 languages. It can be used on text typed directly into the interface, or on an uploaded file (.txt, .doc). The result is downloadable, and the entire process — from source text to finished translation — can be completed within a single session.
The engine does not perform dictionary-based translation; it uses a context-aware language model, which matters especially when working with professional texts, legal or financial documents, where a misinterpreted term can be misleading.
Automation – for repetitive tasks
The automation module, which can be activated in the background, takes over processes that are predictable but time-consuming: creating folder structures, sorting files, batch processing. No technical knowledge is required — the module is built around the logic of office workflows, not computer science.
Why does all of this run in your office?
ArkeoAI is not a web-based service requiring a subscription. It runs on a dedicated mini PC that we install and commission — on your premises, with your data, which never leaves the building.
